Terms & Condtions

• All prices are excluding vat.
• A deposit of 50% is required & Artwork approval before production will commence.
• Full payment must be made by customers outside of South Africa.
• The quote / proforma is only valid for 30 days.
• Payment must reflect in Budget Branding Bank account before items can be delivered/Collected  
• Items remain the property of Budget Branding until full payment has been made.
• Any delivery date indicated by the supplier, shall be regarded as the estimated date of delivery & is not binding on the supplier.
•Installation is not included
• Standard production time is 5 – 7 workdays - (larger orders may vary.)
• Any order that is needed before standard production may incur a 15% - 30% rush fee
• All rush orders  must be paid in full ( under four (4) days production time.
•Rush orders under 4 working days and a value of R5000.00 will require full payment
•The balance of the payment is required before any delivery or collection. No items will be released until full payment has been received
• Any order below R 5 000.00 will be charged a delivery fee between R150.00 - R250.00 ex vat in the Johannesburg area. Other areas on request 
•All products supplied are event products and should never be used in harsh weather or as permanent fixtures.
•All products are custom printed and cannot be refunded.
•All hardware comes with a standard 1 year manufacture defects warranty.  
•By placing the order, you hereby accept & agree to the above terms & conditions.
•Please note we are not responsible for discrepancies in collection or deliveries within a period of seven (7)  days.
